Horrible Experience! Highly recommend you do not work with Teikametrics as they are falsely advertised! We worked with them on Walmart PPC management and they promised us ads experts with years of experience and a robust platform to help with our advertising. Once we started work with them, we realized they assigned us with low quality outsourced “ads experts” that provides us with nothing but a negative return. We had a $0.26 ROAS. On top of that, their own account managers didn’t even utilize the Teikametrics platform as they openly admitted that it didn’t provide any value. HIGHLY recommend you do NOT utilize their service for Walmart PPC management.

Avoid Teikametrics at all costs!! They charged me for several months after I canceled my subscription. Customer service was non existent. They’re also known to make their employees write positive reviews.

A terrible company just looking to add as many $60 a month customers as possible. They WILL NOT talk to you on the phone, their customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. Their service DOES NOT do what they are advertising.

My estimated gross profit is now -267$ , it was positive cash flow when I started with you.

My total ad spending is up 116% and total sales are only up 41%.

Why would any of my keywords be over .50 cents for a $10 product? And this after 2 months!

Maybe your company is just concerned with signing as many people up for $60 per month as possible, just as Andrew mentioned,
instead of working with each customer, one at a time, to see what their needs are. It’s called customer service.

Very poor customer service. I attempted closing my account nearly 2 months ago and removed all of their access to our sites and they are still charging my CC for full price + services even though they have not provided any services for 2 months.
I would just be cautious of using them. They admittedly will tell you they are one of the most expensive services but their hands on approach is why. Obviously they are not ‘hands on’ much as it has been 2 months with no access to our sites and they are still charging us full price + services like they are actively involved.

Best investment I’ve ever made ! The money our company spends on the cost of Teikametrics service is worth every penny. Love working with my team ” Henry , & Pat ” I asked for a partnership , wanted a family feel to our relationship not just business. And I GOT IT !!! Cant ever see us not using their service, its saving money on our adds and making more sales !

Be aware they ripped you off and charge for a free trial DO NOT MAKE IT

Start last year I try it 3 month, my addspend rise and my sales are the same.
they do it becouse if you have more addspend they get more money. Nice system. BUT NOT FOR THE COSTUMER
Than I tryed other tools around the year, I think maybe they fixed the problem and I would give them an new change.

they offerd me a 30 day FREE trial. But charged me the next month. I delete my account 5 days prior to the end of the FREE traial and not need to pay 1600 USD after contact they would not refund. What the hell is this? This company will not survive long time as they deal with customers like they do with cows and only milk.

Fake service,
Their service doesn’t work at all, If you count the math yourself without paying attention to their internal fake reports, you will see that the cost of bits grows up and greatly increases the budgets of the advertising companies without increasing sales. This service raised the price of bids on some of our keywords to $ 10 and kept them at the highest level despite the lack of sales for two weeks, we lost all the budget. In response to our claim, they promised that will investigate why this happened but still did not provide any response. The subscription is arranged in such a way that you pay more if your advertising spending grows up, so it is beneficial for them to increase your expenses even without increasing sales. Predatory fraudulent service.

All positive reviews were posted in a one short period of time, so they are purchased and you should not rely on the average rating.

I have dealt with several so called professional software consulting companies companies who allegedly have a quick-start simple to use system to easily manage facets of one’s online business. Thing is, Alasdair, the founder of Teikametrics, is the only one who was able to actually make good on his promises. We have been with them for over four years and have expanded our use of their other services. Has it been smoothe the entire time? Of course not.

But Alasdair (I still have a difficult time spelling his name) is the ultimate professional having a strong sense of business ethics and the drive to take action when things are not going as planned. As well, he offers one of the few services that do not do everything under the sun to make you sign a long term contract. He has also trained his staff to have the same business ethics which makes it so easy to have frank discussions. Also, Teikametrics services are billed month-to-month, if you are not happy with them you are not forced to continue paying.

It’s actually the one bill I look at and say to myself “that was well worth the money.” Our sales have increased more than 300% since starting with them, and they have allowed us to be able to perform the additional work through their software analytics. As a result, we have contracted them for several other projects.

I truly view them as one of our most valuable strategic partners. Hey Alasdair, that doesn’t mean you can raise my service fees….and NO I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RECOMPENSE WHATSOEVER FOR WRITING THIS REVIEW. Just saying.

I have used Teikametrics for the past 9 months, and I am extremely unhappy with the results. I have been running profitable Amazon sponsored ads for a few years before going over to Teikametrics, and I do not think Teikametrics is a good fit for anyone already running profitable ads, especially not if you have a different campaign structure than the one suggested by Teikametrics.

Ad spend has gone down substantially since I started using Teikametrics compared to the same period last year, and ACoS has gone up and is way above the set Target ACoS for most campaigns. One problem with the software seems to be that it only takes a very short period (a few weeks?) of time into account when adjusting the bids. This results in lowering the bids too much for profitable search terms if there is a temporary drop in sales for that search term, and not lowering the bids on unprofitable search terms with low clicks just because it does not have enough data to justify a bid change (it would have enough data if it would look at the entire year though).

The only positive thing about Teikametrics is that it does save a lot time, which is the only reason why I kept using it for so long. Looking at the poor results, it is clearly not worth it, and I would not go back to it even if it was free.

Super simple to use optimizer. Used it for 2 months so far and it seems to be working very well. Tech support is outstanding, fast to respond and willing to go the extra mile. I had some technical problems for a few weeks and Charles and other tech support staff had to manually sync my account every day even weekends and they did it no problem

I’m writing this review as an active customer of this company. I’ve been working with Teikametrics for 2.5 years. They’ve helped my Amazon FBA business tremendously and have provided a ton of support as well as great software. I highly recommend.

Teikametrics is without a doubt the best solution out there to manage your Amazon Sponsored Ads. Their representatives were beyond helpful when it came to on-boarding and setting up my campaigns (special shout-out to Janine P.!) and accordingly, my results speak for themselves. If you’re not using Teika, you’re leaving money on the table. Simple as that.

I’ve been using Teikametrics for 3 years and have been more than happy with their service and product. If you’re just looking for a repricer, there are many cheaper ones out here. But if you’re looking for an analytics platform to get a handle on and grow your Amazon business, there are none better.

We have been using Teikametrics as an agency for a while now and the platform has drastically increased our productivity in the office. The automation software continues to bring the ACoS of our campaigns down on a weekly/monthly basis. We are also saved dozens of hours a week by not having to look through search term reports as the platform picks out all of the golden information for us! This has allowed us to spend more time within our clients accounts every week. We couldn’t recommend Teikametrics enough.

Nasty company! Cancelled subscription for 9 months and they are still charging me. They don’t take phone calls, they don’t respond to emails, and they continue to charge for a service they don’t provide me. I don’t even understand how they pull my information, when they were disabled off my Amazon for 9 months.
